ESPERANCE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

LA PLAGE offers two types of Esperance holiday accommodation at the Bay of Isles: La Plage Home and La Plage Units.

LA PLAGE HOME is a double story and fully self contained. It has three bedrooms, King (or two King Singles) with ensuite, King (or two King Singles) and Queen size with adjoining bathroom. There is a large upstairs area with four single beds and lounge area with TV / DVD. There is another lounge area with TV / DVD downstairs.
Max # of persons: 10.

La Plage Home provides family and child friendly accommodation, with stairway gates, highchair, playpen and is fully self contained including well equipped kitchen, BBQ and Table Tennis. The backyard is enclosed and there is ample room for off street parking of vehicles and boats.

TARIFFS

Peak         $190 per night double plus $15 p/n per extra person.
Off Peak   $150 per night double plus $15 p/n per extra person.

Peak season is from December 15th to April 27th. Also school holidays and long weekends at other times of the year.

ESPERANCE HOLIDAY UNITS

LA PLAGE UNITS provide fully self contained holiday accommodation with two bedrooms and bathroom adjoining both. The bedrooms contain one Queen size bed and either double or triple bunk beds. Facilities include TV / DVD, BBQ and a fully equiped kitchen. Each Unit has an enclosed yard and there is a large open playing area alongside. There is ample room for off road parking of vehicles and boats.
Max # of persons: 4 to 5.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

La Plage Units have a minimum stay of three nights.
La Plage Home has a minimum stay of three nights, except between mid December and January 31st, and also during school holidays, when the minimum is five nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits will be refunded if sufficient time is allowed to rebook the cancelled period. A small handling fee may apply.
